HOW DOES IT WORK?
Upon the arrival at the hotel you will receive a wristband.
There is a deposit per wristband (5 € for 3 *** / 10 € for 4 ****), and it will be returned to you on the last day at the stipulated time (check-out), unless you wish to extend the service.
This document is a receipt and should be handed in together with your wristband for the refund of the deposit. If you hand in your wristband later than the stipulated time, we understand that you wish to extend the All Inclusive service; therefore we will keep your deposit as the payment for the service.
The wristband is personal and non-transferable, and you may not invite others to drink with your wristband.
We kindly ask you to show the wristband when asking for a service.
Help us keeping the hotel organized and clean; please do not leave your glasses all over the place.
Due to hygiene and health regulations, food and drinks can only be consumed in the areas where they are served and cannot be taken to other areas.
According to the Spanish Legislation, alcohol will not be served to guests under 18 years old.
The incorrect use will result in the immediate cancellation of the services without any refund.
The hotel reserves the right to deny serving alcoholic beverages to guests who show signs of intoxication.
