On the outskirts of the city, on top of a hill, we find the Mirador de Mayabe or Mayabe Lookout Point, from which visitors can view the valley surrounding the province, and where a lovely and popular character lives: Pancho, a small donkey that drinks beer. This singular facility rises in a place privileged by Nature, and it’s surrounded by indigenous flora and fauna. The affable, cordial and personal treatment of its staff, plus some of the center’s attractive details, shapes the environment of Cuban essence that distinguishes this villa.
