The Hotel GHT Balmes is a comfortable hotel, awarded with the Family Tourism certificate, Esports, and CICLOTURISM award and ISO 9001. It is placed in a quiet area of Calella and close to the train station that will get you to Barcelona within 40 minutes.

It has a large garden with swings for the children and swimming pools for adults and children, plus a hydro-massage pool. Besides the rooms, the hotel has studios and apartments that can be reserved with "self-catering" or daily cleaning and breakfast buffet or half board, ideal for families with children but also perfect to have a great holiday with your partner or friends.


At Hotel Balmes all meals are buffet-style and during the summer season (June to September) we offer an entertainment program for children and adults. We also will inform you about all the free activities provided on Calella’s beach, such as kayaking, salsa, trips to the lighthouse, sports...

We are one of the few hotels in Calella adapted for cyclists with bike room and mini-workshop, washing area, and services for bicycles and cyclists.
