* This building of simple and practical apartments has 6 floors and is located on 22nd Josep Carner Str, with Mayor Str of Salou. It is approximately 200 m. from the beach and from Paseo Jaime I, the main sea promenade. PortAventura is a quarter of an hour walk away. The building has a swimming pool, open from early June to 30 September, garden and playground inside the complex.

All studio apartments have a double bedroom with two twin beds separated from the living room by a folding screen, a living room with a sofa bed (double), kitchenette, bathroom and terrace with furniture.
Included: Bed linen and hand towels according to the capacity of the apartment, cleaning service at entry as well as weekly linen change and rational consumption of water and electricity.
