Location: Apart-hotel Casa Karina is located only about 150 m from the bottom station of the Gondola lift and about 15 minutes’ walk from the center of Bansko.

Accommodation: 3 buildings connected to each other through reception area, 2 of them (studios and apartments) built in 2007, the other (double rooms) completed in 2014, 5 floors in section A and B, 4 floors in section C, 3 lifts, 123 units.

Each room is equipped with French type beds, port mantua, wardrobe, chair dresser and mirror, convector radiator, mini bar, LED TV and carpeting. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a mountain or city view.

16 Studio - from 40 m², 2 regular beds + 1 extra bed (armchair bed)

A cozy bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub (in most of the studios) or shower cabin. Almost all studios has balcony with city or mountain view. 

25 One bedroom apartments - from 55 m², 2 regular beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed)

The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette and one separate bedroom, bathroom with bathtub (in most of the apartments) or shower cabin. Almost all apartments has balcony with city or mountain view. 

All studios and apartments have heating (convector radiator), flooring: laminated parquet,

table, kitchenette (electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and iron board, hair dryer and etc. on request), TV, wardrobe, place for luggage, bathtub or a shower cabin, toiletries, panic button in the bathrooms. Extra bedding is an armchair bed in studios and a sofa bed in apartments in the living room
